These Terms of Service govern your use of accountive.ca, the parent company website of Accountive. Accountive is operated by 724841 NB Ltd., a Canadian corporation based in New Brunswick. By accessing or using accountive.ca, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What These Terms Do Not Cover

These Terms apply only to your use of the accountive.ca website itself. They do not govern Strata by Accountive — our browser extension for QuickBooks Online has its own separate Terms of Service at strata.accountive.ca/terms. They also do not govern any work or services Accountive performs for clients; any such engagement is covered by a separate written agreement, with terms and conditions discussed and provided before any work begins.

Permitted Use

You may browse and read accountive.ca for informational purposes and contact us through the methods listed on our Contact page. You may not scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract content from the site by automated means; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its underlying infrastructure; impersonate Accountive or any of its representatives; or use the site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation.

Intellectual Property

The names "Accountive" and "Strata", the wordmark "Strata by Accountive", the Accountive arc mark, the Strata three-chevron mountain mark, and all other logos, designs, text, graphics, and arrangements appearing on accountive.ca are the property of 724841 NB Ltd. They are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of these materials without our prior written permission.
